Designing for manufacturing
Upon the receipt of customers' drawings, samples or 3D models, we design the 3D forging drawings or we scan the samples to create 3D files. We make the Toolings with the assistance of CAM and a machining center. Upon the completion of the Toolings, we produce trial samples. The quality control department measures the samples with CMM to verify if the dimensions meet customers' requests. For OEM cases, the R&D and the quality control department set up Standard Operation Procedures, Standard Inspection Procedures, Failure Mode Effective Analysis and Control Plan. After approval, the Toolings can be proceeded to the pre-production.
With SIMUFACT software, we analyze the flow of metal in the mold, and our designers are able to guarantee cost improvements and full use of raw materials. Our R & D and engineers are collaborating on how to reduce manufacturing lead time and eliminate bottleneck processes for rapid mass production and on-time delivery.
With more than 30 years of Tooling development experiences and the knowledge on material properties, we are able to optimize the design of new products for developments. With the experiences on manufacturing diversified products and with the assistance of applying CAE technology, our R & D department helps customers develop new automotive parts from scratch.
